How is Sposa Bella different from most Bridal Salons?
Sposa Bella opened in November of 2001 but the concept of Sposa Bella began in 1974 when I went Bridal Shopping with a dear friend. I was completely appalled at the level of service offered. We were put in a dressing room and the sales staff brought in the dresses they felt my friend should try on. At times we were left alone for 20 minutes or more. There was no opportunity to select gowns ourselves or to gain the assistance of someone who could help with the fitting or answer questions. The sales person just wanted to know if she was going to purchase the last gown that was offered to her! On that day I vowed that some day I would open a bridal shop where the BRIDE MATTERED!
At Sposa Bella there is no high pressure sales. We prefer appointments so that we will have adequate staff on hand to work with you uninterrupted while you are here, but we are more than glad to assist walk ins as well. You are encouraged to look through the large selection of beautiful gowns in our display case. We help you into the gowns and simulate the best fit even if the gown is too large or small so you can see what it will look like in your proper size. We even take digital photos of you in the various gowns allowing you to compare the dresses.
Once a dress is purchased our relationship does not stop. In house alterations are available, as is storage. Your gown will be steamed at the last possible moment and carefully packed for transportation insuring that it will be perfect on your day.
A large selection of accessories, maids gowns, flower girl dresses and Mothers apparel is available. We also can provide you with great tuxedos for the men in your party. Also, we offer a fabulous selection of gowns for everyone that are drastically reduced.
Sposa Bella means “Beautiful Bride” in Italian and we strive to make your whole experience beautiful. Our motto is “Dedicated to Service” and our helpful and friendly staff work hard to live up to those words.
Come in and experience what “Dedicated Service” really is. Don’t take my word for it. Here are some thank you notes we received in the past few weeks. |
